Strategic Plan 2020-2023
In 2019 the Longport Public Library decided to embark upon a strategic planning process to guide the library for the next three years. The Strategic Planning Committee convened in the summer of 2019 and worked throughout the year to gather data from the community to help with this plan. We crafted a mission and identified a vision and core values for the organization. The image below is an outline of this plan. A link to the full plan is at the bottom.
